6″ Kinetic® Rigid Caster with Integrated Toe Guard – 28KN60JL63174Y

Description

On a busy plant floor, casters take more impact than anything else under your equipment. The 28KN60JL63174Y puts a steel barrier between the wheel and the foot. It’s a 6-inch Kinetic® polyurethane rigid caster, with the toe guard cast directly into the yoke as part of the casting.

The toe guard is part of the yoke geometry rather than a piece bolted to it. The structural connection is the casting itself — one continuous piece of 1/4-inch steel from the mounting plate to the guard.

The 6-inch Kinetic® wheel uses B&C’s proprietary polyurethane blend. Rated up to 1,500 lbs at this size, non-marking, well-suited to interior plant and warehouse floors.

Mounted on the rear corners of a cart, the 28-series rigid holds direction while the 27-series swivels lead the cart through turns. The pairing gives operators a cart that steers cleanly and tracks straight under load instead of crabbing sideways. Double ball raceway, 5/8-inch kingpin, grease fitting for maintainability, bright zinc finish, NSF listed.

Assembled at our facility in Indiana.
