About Us

B & C Industrial Products is a second-generation, family-owned destination for a vast customer base seeking solutions for casters as well as storage, safety, and material handling products. Our humble beginnings date back to 1998, when founders Bob and Carol Hansen worked out of their home and shed maintaining an inventory of casters, and focusing on a high level of customer service and satisfaction.In 2000, they welcomed their son Brian into the company after he had gained valuable experience outside the family business as a branch manager in the power transmission industry. The business quickly grew and moved from their home to a new office/warehouse space in 2001. In 2007, Brian purchased the company and added additional team members. Following several years of steady growth, we moved to our current 20,000-square-foot facility in Garrett, Indiana, in 2012.Today, we inventory assembled casters and caster components, pallet racking, pallet jacks, stackers, and other material handling products, in excess of one million dollars. With products in stock and an incredible online catalog offering, we are positioned to serve any operation across the nation. We’re also recognized by premier manufacturers for service excellence with awards like Vestil Manufacturing’s Top Performer and Adrian’s Safety Solutions Material Handling Dealer of the Year. No matter how large or small your operation is, we are going to take great pride in serving your needs. Our company began out of our family home and our continued customer care is the reason why we were able to grow.

UPS Ground Shipping For orders weighing 149 lbs or less, we ship via UPS Ground to ensure reliable and timely delivery. All UPS Ground shipping rates displayed on our website are live and calculated in real time.

Freight Shipping For larger or heavier orders, we work with various freight carriers to secure the best rates for your shipment. All freight shipping rates displayed on our website are live and calculated in real time.

Payment Terms

One-Time or Infrequent Customers If you’re placing an occasional order, payment is required by credit card at the time of purchase. In-stock items will ship promptly once payment is processed.

Net Terms Account For customers who order frequently or purchase in larger quantities, a Net Terms Account offers greater convenience and flexibility. Our standard terms are Net 30, though existing customers will maintain their previously agreed-upon terms.

Opening a Terms Account also allows us to evaluate your pricing level based on order volume and frequency. Thanks to economies of scale, we offer progressively better pricing for higher volume purchases and more frequent orders.
