6″ Kinetic® Kingpinless Swivel Caster with Integrated Toe Guard – 41KN60JL63174Y

Description

Material handling environments are hard on casters, and the rig has to hold up to all of it. The 41KN60JL63174Y puts a steel barrier between the wheel and the foot. It’s a 6-inch Kinetic® polyurethane kingpinless swivel caster, with the toe guard cast directly into the yoke as part of the casting.

The toe guard is part of the yoke geometry rather than a piece bolted to it. The structural connection is the casting itself — one continuous piece of steel from the mounting plate to the guard.

The 6-inch Kinetic® wheel uses B&C’s proprietary polyurethane blend. Rated up to 2,500 lbs at this size, non-marking, well-suited to interior plant and warehouse floors.

Traditional swivel casters fail at the kingpin — lateral force walks the kingpin loose and the rig starts to wobble. The 41-series doesn’t have a kingpin to lose. A double-row raceway hardened against shock load, an ASTM45 CNC-machined steel housing, and a 1/4-inch top plate carry the load through both swivel and travel. The extended swivel radius on the 6-inch and 8-inch frames clears tight turns without binding.

Assembled at our facility in Indiana.
