Kineti-Glide
Kineti-Glide ergonomic casters split the tread across two or three wheels instead of one. Because the wheels turn independently, the tread stops dragging sideways every time a cart changes direction — and on a real route, full of corners and small corrections, that dragging is where a surprising share of operator effort goes.

What is the difference between Kineti-Glide Duo and Trio?
Duo divides the tread across two wheels, Trio across three. Trio carries more for the same wheel diameter and spreads pressure over more of the floor, so it is the one to reach for when the load sits at the top of the Duo range or the floor is rough. Duo covers 1,500 to 2,400 lb; Trio covers 2,150 to 3,250 lb.
Are Kineti-Glide casters kingpinless?
Every swivel in the line is kingpinless. There is no kingpin version, because a kingpin is a single fastener carrying the whole load through the centre of the swivel and it is what fails first under shock loading and tow-line duty. Kingpinless rigs carry the load on a large hardened raceway instead. Rigid Kineti-Glide casters have no swivel at all
How much weight will a Kineti-Glide caster carry?
Between 1,500 and 3,250 lb per caster depending on the model. To work out what you need, take the total loaded weight of the equipment, divide it by three rather than four, and add at least 20 percent. Dividing by three accounts for the fact that on a real concrete floor one caster is always slightly off the ground, so three of them are carrying the load.
How far apart are the wheels on a Kineti-Glide caster?
A quarter of an inch, on every model in the line. That is wide enough for the wheels to turn at their own speed through a corner, and tight enough that most of what a plant floor throws at a caster cannot get in between them and pack against the axle.
