UPS Ground

For smaller shipments nationwide, we partner with UPS Ground service:

  • Tracking provided via email
  • Delivery to residential and commercial addresses
  • Insurance included on all packages
  • Typical transit times of 1-5 business days depending on destination
  • Weight and size restrictions apply

LTL Freight

For larger orders or bulky items, we utilize LTL (Less Than Truckload) freight carriers:

  • Available for shipments on pallets or exceeding UPS size/weight limitations
  • Curbside delivery with optional liftgate service
  • Appointment scheduling for delivery available
  • Ideal for commercial locations with loading docks
  • Transit times of 3-7 business days depending on destination

About Our Shipping Costs

We do not offer free shipping on our products. While we understand the appeal of “free shipping,” we believe in transparency about the true costs of doing business.

Rather than inflating our product prices to cover shipping expenses, we charge fair market rates for our products and separate shipping costs based on weight, dimensions, and destination. This approach allows us to:

  1. Provide more competitive pricing on our actual products
  2. Offer you the flexibility to choose the shipping method that best meets your needs
  3. Ensure we’re using the most appropriate carrier for each specific shipment
  4. Maintain the high quality of our products without cutting corners to offset shipping costs

Our team is always available to help you calculate shipping costs before placing an order and to find the most economical shipping solution for your specific needs.
