The Hamaco MLP is an electric mechanical scissor lift table driven by a dry ball screw cylinder and an IPM (interior permanent magnet) motor with vector control. With no hydraulics there is no drift and no oil to leak.

Standard models run on 115V single-phase with a built-in unit, a foot switch with LED on a 78.7 inch cord and a limit switch. Bellows models (J suffix) add a full cover, and DC 24V models suit AGV and battery-powered carts. Capacities run from 551 to 4409 lbs.

How to Choose the Right Electric Mechanical Scissor Lift Table

Start with capacity: 551, 1102, 1654 or about 2205 lbs on 115V models, and up to 4409 lbs on the MLP-2000 DC model. Then pick the platform, from 19.7 x 31.5 up to 31.5 x 55.1 inches.

Check the raised height. Most models top out between 23.6 and 37.6 inches; the W models (MLP-500-510WV and MLP-750-609WV) reach 59.8 and 53.9 inches. Pick a J model if you need the bellows cover.

Frequently Asked Questions

How is the MLP different from a hydraulic lift table?

It uses a dry ball screw cylinder driven by an IPM motor, so there is no hydraulic drift and no oil to leak.

What power does it need?

Standard and bellows models run on 115V single-phase. D24 models run on 24V DC and are for lead batteries, with an optional control box for lithium-ion.

How high does the MLP go?

Raised heights run from 23.6 to 59.8 inches depending on model.

What is the MLP duty rating?

Hamaco rates it up to 40,000 cycles continuously, with a maximum starting frequency of 10 times per minute.

Can it be loaded from the side?

Yes, at reduced load: up to 1/2 of rated capacity from side 1 and up to 1/4 from side 2.
