The Autoquip Series 35 is Autoquip’s standard single-scissor hydraulic lift table. Autoquip builds it for long service life and heavy daily use in pallet handling, parts assembly and ergonomic work positioning. Twenty standard models cover 1500 to 15000 lbs.
Travel runs from 24 to 60 inches, and lowered heights start at 6.5 inches. Each model is rated for end and side loads as well as its center load, so you can size the lift for how the load actually rolls or slides on. Autoquip offers controls, tilt, turntables, conveyors, skirting and portability options on the Series 35 base design.

How to Choose the Right Hydraulic Scissor Lift Table
Pick the travel first: the model prefix is the travel in inches (24S, 36S, 48S, 60S). Then pick the capacity suffix – 36S40 is 36 inches of travel and 4000 lbs. Check the end and side load columns if loads roll on or overhang the platform edge; those ratings are lower than center capacity on many models.
Raise time grows with capacity on the same travel. The 24S25 raises in 8 seconds, while the 60S120 and 60S150 take 60 seconds. For 8000 lbs and up at 60 inches of travel, the 60S80 to 60S150 use a larger 32″ x 90″ base with 12 to 12.5 inch lowered heights.
Frequently Asked Questions
What capacities does the Autoquip Series 35 cover?
The standard models run from 1500 lbs (36S15) to 15000 lbs (60S150).
How low does a Series 35 lift go?
Lowered heights range from 6.5 inches on the 24S and 36S models up to 12.5 inches on the 60S120 and 60S150.
What do the Series 35 model numbers mean?
The first number is the travel in inches and the last digits are the capacity in hundreds of pounds. A 48S60 has 48 inches of travel and 6000 lbs capacity.
Can loads be rolled onto the platform?
Yes, within the end and side ratings. Autoquip’s manual says that if a load rolls on in any position other than fully lowered, the rated end or side load is divided by 1.5 to find the available axle load.
Can a Series 35 be pit mounted?
Yes. Autoquip’s manual covers pit installation and requires a bevel toe guard or other approved toe protection in a pit.

The Southworth Manual Dandy Lift is a portable foot-pump scissor lift cart. Five models run from the 330 lb L-150 up to the 1760 lb A-800, and the high-lift A-350W reaches 49.8 inches.
The Dandy's design is built around the operator: a 180-degree access foot pedal that can be pumped from the side or the back, an oversized lowering handle reachable from any position, and contoured comfort grips. An integrated floor lock holds the cart in place while you work.

How to Choose the Right Portable Scissor Lift Cart
L-150 and L-250 are the light-duty models for totes and small parts. A-500 and A-800 are the medium and heavy-duty models with the wider 23.6-inch platform.
The A-350W is the one to notice: 770 lbs but 36.2 inches of travel to a 49.8-inch raised height. If your operator needs to load something tall, that extra travel is worth more than raw capacity. If loads change as you stack, ask about the self-leveling Dandy Leveler instead.
Frequently Asked Questions
How much does a Manual Dandy Lift hold?
330 lbs on the L-150 up to 1760 lbs on the A-800.
Which Dandy lifts highest?
The A-350W, at a 49.8-inch raised height with 36.2 inches of vertical travel.
Does it need power?
No. The Manual Dandy runs entirely on a foot pump. Southworth also makes the Powered Dandy if you want push-button operation.
Can the foot pedal be reached from the side?
Yes. The pedal has 180-degree access, so it can be pumped from either side or from behind the unit.
Buying a portable scissor lift cart from B&C Industrial Products
B&C Industrial Products is a material handling distributor in Garrett, Indiana, serving customers nationwide. We stock and quote lift tables, lift carts, positioners, casters, pallet racking and cranes. Every Southworth model on this page is quoted to your configuration, so tell us the load, the platform size and the working height you need and we will spec it.
The Vestil Lift and Tilt Cart with Sequence Select raises a load and then tilts it toward the operator, so parts in a bin or on a pallet come to the worker instead of the worker bending into the bin. A selector lets the operator choose whether the foot pump lifts or tilts, on the same pedal.
Quoted as one configuration: 1000 lb capacity, 35.5" x 19.5" platform, 45 degree tilt, 15" lowered to 32" raised.
Key Features
- Sequence select: one foot pedal lifts, then tilts, without changing pedals
- 45 degree tilt brings the load to the operator
- Two rigid and two swivel polyurethane casters with floor lock
- Steel platform with a formed lip on the low side to hold containers
Common Applications
- Feeding parts from bins and gaylords at a workstation
- Assembly cells where the operator reaches into a container all shift
- Kitting and order picking
Frequently Asked Questions
Can the platform lift without tilting?
Yes. The sequence selector lets the operator lift only, or lift and then tilt.
Does it need power?
No. Lift and tilt are both foot-pump hydraulic.
