The Southworth ZTU Pan-Style Container Tilter has a wide, unobstructed pan that takes containers of all types, including those with leg reinforcing bars. A fork truck or hand pallet truck sets the container straight onto the pan.

Two models, ZTU-2 Pan and ZTU-4 Pan, carry 2000 or 4000 lbs and tilt to 85 degrees. The pan sits 3/8 inch off the floor and offers 50 x 50 inches of usable space, which also accepts oversized containers.

How to Choose the Right Pan-Style Container Tilter

Both models share the same 50 x 50 inch pan, 85 degree tilt and footprint. Choose ZTU-2 Pan for loads up to 2000 lbs and ZTU-4 Pan up to 4000 lbs.

Choose the pan style over the roll-on ZTU when containers have leg bars or a closed bottom that will not sit on two fork arms. If containers are open underneath, the roll-on ZTU is lighter and narrower.
