Order Processing

Shipping is based on the date the order is filled and not the date the order is placed. This typically falls in the 0 - 3 day range before the fully assembled and packaged order leaves our facility. After the order is filled your shipping estimate via UPS or other specified delivery method begins. On certain occasions we will require additional time to fulfill orders if the requested quantity of product or component exceeds the stock in our warehouse, in this scenario you will be notified on any delay. The majority of the products we stock require assembly before being delivered as a finished good. Shipping Methods & Notifications

Online Orders: UPS is our eCommerce shipping provider, for any orders placed via our online storefront you will be provided with a tracking number by email as well as an order confirmation that it was received and acknowledged. This will allow you to check up on a shipment at your convenience and monitor any potential changes in arrival.

Phone, Email, Fax Orders: Depending on a variety of factors we ship these orders at our discretion or customer preference. We always seek the most cost and time effective methods to help save our valuable customers money and keep our overall costs down. Our typical methods range from LTL Shipping lines, UPS, as well as for nearby orders B & C Truck delivery. All orders by default will receive notification by the email address on file, for any changes in how this information is delivered please specify with your sales associate or other contact at B & C.

International Shipping

At this time we are not authorized nor set up to fulfill International orders.

Returns

If for any reason you may need to return an item bought from B & C, we ask that you contact us within 15 days to request authorization to return the products to our warehouse. For all items returned within the 15 day window we will charge a 30% re-stocking fee and for any items returned without prior notification and an additional 5% will be assessed.
