The Vestil CART series is the core foot-pump hydraulic elevating cart line – sixteen models spanning 220 to 4000 lbs, which is the widest capacity range of any lift cart series we carry.
Steel on most models, with an aluminum option (CART-200-ALUM) at 220 lbs for when the cart itself has to be light. Single and double scissor designs are both available, and platform widths run from 15.75 to 42.4 inches.

How to Choose the Right Hydraulic Elevating Cart
Start with capacity and platform. Below 1000 lbs, look at CART-330 through CART-800-D-TS. At 1000 to 2500 lbs the 2040, 3240 and 4242 models give you 20, 32 and 42-inch-wide platforms. CART-4000 is the top of the line.
Two model suffixes matter. D means double scissor for extra raised height. LD is the long 31.5″ x 63″ deck for awkward loads. If you want push-button operation instead of a foot pedal, the same frames are built as the CART-DC series.

The Southworth Manual Dandy Lift is a portable foot-pump scissor lift cart. Five models run from the 330 lb L-150 up to the 1760 lb A-800, and the high-lift A-350W reaches 49.8 inches.
The Dandy's design is built around the operator: a 180-degree access foot pedal that can be pumped from the side or the back, an oversized lowering handle reachable from any position, and contoured comfort grips. An integrated floor lock holds the cart in place while you work.

How to Choose the Right Portable Scissor Lift Cart
L-150 and L-250 are the light-duty models for totes and small parts. A-500 and A-800 are the medium and heavy-duty models with the wider 23.6-inch platform.
The A-350W is the one to notice: 770 lbs but 36.2 inches of travel to a 49.8-inch raised height. If your operator needs to load something tall, that extra travel is worth more than raw capacity. If loads change as you stack, ask about the self-leveling Dandy Leveler instead.

The Vestil Lift and Tilt Cart with Sequence Select raises a load and then tilts it toward the operator, so parts in a bin or on a pallet come to the worker instead of the worker bending into the bin. A selector lets the operator choose whether the foot pump lifts or tilts, on the same pedal.
