The Southworth PalletPal Disc is a manual pallet turntable only 7/8 inch high, so a hand pallet truck can roll a pallet straight on and off. The operator spins the load and always works from the near side.
It carries 4000 lbs on a 43-3/8 inch turntable with a 48-3/4 inch overall diameter. The platform rides on two concentric rings of seated ball bearings, and a rotational lock and high-visibility yellow paint are included.

How to Choose the Right Low Profile Pallet Turntable
Choose the Disc when pallets arrive by hand pallet truck; the 7/8 inch height lets the truck roll the pallet straight on. If pallets are placed by forklift or stacker, the PalletPal Ring is the lower cost alternative.
Southworth notes that forklift loading is fine, but the forklift’s front wheels should never be driven onto the turntable. Turning force after break-in is about 70-75 lbs at 2 feet from center with 4000 lbs.

The Southworth Manual Dandy Lift is a portable foot-pump scissor lift cart. Five models run from the 330 lb L-150 up to the 1760 lb A-800, and the high-lift A-350W reaches 49.8 inches.
The Dandy's design is built around the operator: a 180-degree access foot pedal that can be pumped from the side or the back, an oversized lowering handle reachable from any position, and contoured comfort grips. An integrated floor lock holds the cart in place while you work.

How to Choose the Right Portable Scissor Lift Cart
L-150 and L-250 are the light-duty models for totes and small parts. A-500 and A-800 are the medium and heavy-duty models with the wider 23.6-inch platform.
The A-350W is the one to notice: 770 lbs but 36.2 inches of travel to a 49.8-inch raised height. If your operator needs to load something tall, that extra travel is worth more than raw capacity. If loads change as you stack, ask about the self-leveling Dandy Leveler instead.
