The Southworth GLSA Series pneumatic lift table runs anywhere shop air is available. With no hydraulic fluid there is no risk of oil contaminating your process. Southworth uses Firestone air spring actuators rather than vinyl air bags.
Two standard models lift 2000 or 4000 lbs through 24″ of travel, from 8″ lowered to 32″ raised. Platforms can be enlarged up to 48″ x 60″ on the GLSA2-24 and 60″ x 60″ on the GLSA4-24.

Elevating time is about 15 seconds empty. Southworth rates capacity and speed at 80 psi and 80 cfm free air; capacity and speed depend on your plant air supply.

How to Choose the Right Pneumatic Lift Table
Pick the GLSA2-24 for loads to 2000 lbs on a 36″ x 48″ deck, or the GLSA4-24 for loads to 4000 lbs on a 48″ x 48″ deck. Both raise from 8″ to 32″.
Check your air supply. Southworth specifies 80 psi at 15 cfm. Lower pressure reduces capacity and lower flow slows the lift, so plan for a dedicated regulated line if the plant air is shared.

The Southworth Manual Dandy Lift is a portable foot-pump scissor lift cart. Five models run from the 330 lb L-150 up to the 1760 lb A-800, and the high-lift A-350W reaches 49.8 inches.
The Dandy's design is built around the operator: a 180-degree access foot pedal that can be pumped from the side or the back, an oversized lowering handle reachable from any position, and contoured comfort grips. An integrated floor lock holds the cart in place while you work.

How to Choose the Right Portable Scissor Lift Cart
L-150 and L-250 are the light-duty models for totes and small parts. A-500 and A-800 are the medium and heavy-duty models with the wider 23.6-inch platform.
The A-350W is the one to notice: 770 lbs but 36.2 inches of travel to a 49.8-inch raised height. If your operator needs to load something tall, that extra travel is worth more than raw capacity. If loads change as you stack, ask about the self-leveling Dandy Leveler instead.
