Presto Lifts XF and WXF Light-Duty Manual Scissor Lifts are foot pump operated hydraulic scissor lifts. They need no electrical power and suit intermittent lifting and positioning tasks.
Presto lists 10 models from 1000 to 2000 lbs. Most lower to 5-1/4″; raised heights run 29″ to 43″. Platforms go up to 48″ x 72″, and a hand-controlled release lowers the load.

How to Choose the Right Manual Foot Pump Scissor Lift Table
XF24 models raise to 29-31″ and XF36 models to 41-43″. The 2000 lb models (XF24-20, XF36-20) lower to 7-1/4″; the rest lower to 5-1/4″.
Count pedal strokes if the lift will be cycled often. Presto lists 35 strokes for an XF24-10 and 130 for an XF36-20. If you cycle all day, the electric XS series is the better fit. Choose WXF for a 36″ wide platform.

The Southworth Manual Dandy Lift is a portable foot-pump scissor lift cart. Five models run from the 330 lb L-150 up to the 1760 lb A-800, and the high-lift A-350W reaches 49.8 inches.
The Dandy's design is built around the operator: a 180-degree access foot pedal that can be pumped from the side or the back, an oversized lowering handle reachable from any position, and contoured comfort grips. An integrated floor lock holds the cart in place while you work.

How to Choose the Right Portable Scissor Lift Cart
L-150 and L-250 are the light-duty models for totes and small parts. A-500 and A-800 are the medium and heavy-duty models with the wider 23.6-inch platform.
The A-350W is the one to notice: 770 lbs but 36.2 inches of travel to a 49.8-inch raised height. If your operator needs to load something tall, that extra travel is worth more than raw capacity. If loads change as you stack, ask about the self-leveling Dandy Leveler instead.
