MATERIAL HANDLING SOLUTIONS

We are located in Garrett, Indiana.  This is 30 minutes from Fort Wayne, an hour and 30 minutes from South Bend, 2 hours from Indianapolis, and 3 hours from Chicago.  However, we ship products throughout the lower 48 United States.  We have quoted and have established larger projects from the west coast to the east coast.  Being strategically located in the Midwest we are confident wherever you are in the United States we can serve you.

We are open Monday-Friday from 7am to 4:30 pm EST.  We are closed on all major holidays.

The short answer is no, we do not.  The longer answer can be found on our "Why we do not offer free shipping" page.  Simply put, when free shipping is implemented you are often still paying for it whether you know it or not.  We try to keep our products at a reasonable price to keep your order at a competitive price.  We offer a local delivery fee for our customers in our area depending on area code.  We also use UPS Ground and XPO Logistics to deliver freight.

We are excited that you are interested in a terms account.  The best way to do this is to give us a call at 888-276-3386, and we will have you perform a credit check.  This process is usually fast and you will be set up in a timely manner.  The great part about setting up a terms account is that it allows you to pay with it at checkout for our e-commerce products.

Please call our office and ask for Customer Service. We can be easily reached by calling  (888) 276-3386, or you may email esales@bandcip.com

We have a large variety of our products ready for immediate shipping but in some instances, we need additional time to fill your order. In those cases, we will provide an estimated date for your order to be completed.

Yes, you must set up an account before ordering online.  This is to keep our site secure and to provide you with the best service.
