Pallet Positioners

Captive-air self-leveling on the EZ Loader

The EZ Loader keeps the top of the pallet at a comfortable working height as boxes are added or removed. Instead of mechanical springs it uses a captive air system, which Bishamon says gives dampened platform movement, and it needs no electricity. An EZ Adjust knob gives up to 1,200 lbs of capacity adjustment. The design is covered by US patent 8,851,237 and patents in Australia, Canada and Europe.

Lift Tables

ALPHA tables with a 5-year parts warranty

The ALPHA Series carries a 5-year parts, 2-year labor warranty in the US and Canada, against Bishamon’s standard one year. Bishamon states the tables comply with ANSI MH29.1:2020, use UL- or CSA-certified electrical components, and are rated for 50,000 cycles a year on the L22K and L44K and 35,000 on the L66K. Pivot points use self-lubricating bushings, and flow-limiting valves prevent sudden drops.

The EZ-Off Lifter lowers to 1.75 in. with a built-in approach ramp, so a pallet jack rolls the load straight on, and a 40.5 in. rotating disk on 32 ball bearings turns it. Bishamon’s patented feet-clear safety circuit stops descent 9 in. above the floor. LoProfile LX tables collapse to as low as 2.9 in. for the same reason: no pit and no fork truck needed to load them.

Pallet Handling

UniLift: a pallet jack and a lift in one

UniLift moves a pallet like a pallet truck, then raises it to a working height of up to 36 in. It handles closed-bottom pallets, including standard GMA, 48 × 40 CHEP pallets and skids, without straddle legs, and runs on a 24V battery with an on-board charger. Bishamon holds US patent 8,376,089 and others on the design.

Bishamon EZ Loader & Pallet Positioners

A pallet positioner keeps the top of a pallet near waist height while it is loaded or unloaded, so nobody reaches down to the bottom layer. Bishamon builds three different answers depending on how the pallet arrives: by fork truck (EZ Loader), by pallet jack (EZ-Off Lifter), or on the machine itself (UniLift). Mobile Lift Tables & Self-Leveling Carts

A mobile lift table brings the load to the work and then sets it at the right height. MobiLift carts roll on casters with a foot-actuated brake and captured scissor rollers, and lift by foot pump or battery. The MobiLeveler ESX is a self-leveling cart: a gauged weight selector knob sets it to the load, and the platform height adjusts on its own as the load changes.

Warranty Terms

Bishamon’s standard warranty covers every product for one year, parts and labor, in the US and Canada. The ALPHA Series lift tables are the exception, with a longer term.

Bishamon requires written notice of a claim within the warranty period, and the warranty is not transferable. It excludes misuse, abuse or accident, unauthorized attachments, modifications or repairs, an unsuitable installation environment, natural disasters and shipping damage.
