8″ Kinetic® Kingpinless Swivel Caster with Integrated Toe Guard – 41KN80JL63174Y

Description

An all-in-one caster yoke means the toe guard is part of the steel itself, not a separate component. The 41KN80JL63174Y puts a steel barrier between the wheel and the foot. It’s an 8-inch Kinetic® polyurethane kingpinless swivel caster, with the toe guard cast directly into the yoke as part of the casting.

An all-in-one caster yoke means one part number to order, one part to install, and one part to keep on the shelf. The toe guard is part of the caster, not a separate item that has to be tracked, stocked, or matched.

Kinetic® is our proprietary blend polyurethane wheel, designed by B&C. At 8 inches, capacity runs up to 2,500 lbs. Non-marking, quiet on smooth interior floors.

The 41-series kingpinless construction eliminates the loose-kingpin failure that traditional swivel casters develop under lateral force. The raceway is CNC-machined ASTM45 steel, the ball bearings are hardened, and the top plate is 1/4-inch. The whole rig is built to swivel smooth and stay tight after years of service. The extended swivel radius on the 6-inch and 8-inch frames clears tight turns without binding.

Assembled in-house at our Indiana facility.
