Description

A caster yoke with the toe guard cast in is one part to order, one part to install, and one part to inventory. The 28UA50JO64174Y puts a steel barrier between the wheel and the foot. It’s a 5-inch Polyflexon polyurethane rigid caster, with the toe guard cast directly into the yoke as part of the casting.

An all-in-one caster yoke means one part number to order, one part to install, and one part to keep on the shelf. The toe guard is part of the caster, not a separate item that has to be tracked, stocked, or matched.

Polyflexon is the harder of our polyurethane wheel options — Shore A 95 tread on an aluminum core, donut-pattern grip. 5-inch diameter, up to 900 lbs, -40°F to 180°F.

Mounted on the rear corners of a cart, the 28-series rigid holds direction while the 27-series swivels lead the cart through turns. The pairing gives operators a cart that steers cleanly and tracks straight under load instead of crabbing sideways. Double ball raceway, 5/8-inch kingpin, grease fitting for maintainability, bright zinc finish, NSF listed.
