5″ Kinetic® Kingpinless Swivel Caster with Integrated Toe Guard – 41KN50JL63174Y

Description

Built-in foot protection removes the question of whether the toe guard is still where it should be. The 41KN50JL63174Y puts a steel barrier between the wheel and the foot. It’s a 5-inch Kinetic® polyurethane kingpinless swivel caster, with the toe guard cast directly into the yoke as part of the casting.

Foot protection comes built into the caster, formed as part of the steel during casting. No add-on bracket, no second component, and no extra fastener anywhere in the design.

The 5-inch Kinetic® wheel uses B&C’s proprietary polyurethane blend. Rated up to 2,500 lbs at this size, non-marking, well-suited to interior plant and warehouse floors.

Traditional swivel casters fail at the kingpin — lateral force walks the kingpin loose and the rig starts to wobble. The 41-series doesn’t have a kingpin to lose. A double-row raceway hardened against shock load, an ASTM45 CNC-machined steel housing, and a 1/4-inch top plate carry the load through both swivel and travel.

Built and assembled by B&C in Indiana.
