5″ Ultraflex Kingpinless Swivel Caster with Integrated Toe Guard – 41UX50JO64174Y

Description

Ergonomic rolling and built-in foot protection in a single caster. The 41UX50JO64174Y puts a steel barrier between the wheel and the foot. It’s a 5-inch Ultraflex polyurethane kingpinless swivel caster, with the toe guard cast directly into the yoke as part of the casting.

The toe guard is part of the yoke geometry rather than a piece bolted to it. The structural connection is the casting itself — one continuous piece of 1/4-inch steel from the mounting plate to the guard.

Ultraflex pairs a Shore A 80 polyurethane tread with an aluminum core for an ergonomic ride. At 5 inches, capacity runs up to 900 lbs, with a working temperature range of -50°F to 180°F.

The 41-series kingpinless construction eliminates the loose-kingpin failure that traditional swivel casters develop under lateral force. The raceway is CNC-machined ASTM45 steel, the ball bearings are hardened, and the top plate is 1/4-inch. The whole rig is built to swivel smooth and stay tight after years of service.

Assembled at our facility in Indiana.
