Description

An all-in-one caster yoke means the toe guard is part of the steel itself, not a separate component. The 41UA40JO63174Y puts a steel barrier between the wheel and the foot. It’s a 4-inch Polyflexon polyurethane kingpinless swivel caster, with the toe guard cast directly into the yoke as part of the casting.

An all-in-one caster yoke means one part number to order, one part to install, and one part to keep on the shelf. The toe guard is part of the caster, not a separate item that has to be tracked, stocked, or matched.

The 4-inch Polyflexon wheel uses a Shore A 95 flex-compound polyurethane on a heavy aluminum core. The donut-pattern tread holds up under repeated load while keeping a stable contact patch. Rated up to 900 lbs, -40°F to 180°F.

The 41-series kingpinless construction eliminates the loose-kingpin failure that traditional swivel casters develop under lateral force. The raceway is CNC-machined ASTM45 steel, the ball bearings are hardened, and the top plate is 1/4-inch. The whole rig is built to swivel smooth and stay tight after years of service.
